We help researchers to rapidly classify, interpret and store information that is relevant to clinical and biomedical decision making. To this end, Crosslinks provides contract research as well as the development, integration and implementation of data storage, pipeline and data analysis software systems. Using our contract research capabilities, the respected customer will receive quicker results (time to explore) of a higher quality (i.e. more relevant set of genes as answer to a specific research question). This result is based on our extensive analysis experience and the use of professional tooling that is not common for most research organisations. The data-analysis is offered on the basis of a service model and includes the use of hardware infrastructure and software, thereby eliminating the need for large upfront investments for our clients. Crosslinks offers a range of data analysis services for Affymetrix or Illumina assays, providing solutions for the pharmaceutical industry (drug discovery), health care and for plant breeding and crop protection. Microarray quality control Prior to every data analysis we apply quality control methods for both RNA & DNA, with results summarised in a comprehensive quality control report. |
