Crosslinks Role The different approaches of the RATstreamTM Consortium partners (behavioural testing, PET data, and microarray data) require software solutions in a novel dimension. The massive data sets generated must be explored and interpreted in the context of biomedical relevance. Therefore, there is a necessity for a central repository where the Consortium partners can store and retrieve their data. Crosslinks provides this data-management via the RATstream™ server which allows the storage and analysis of the integrating genomics data, PET images and behavioural and physiological data and is managed via a central database. |
